Dudnyk executive team

Scott Greisler

Senior Vice President, General Manager, San Diego

Scott grew his first moustache at age 4.

Maybe that’s an exaggeration. He was 6 and a half. In any case, he’s had the ‘stache longer than has Mike Ditka and Tom Selleck combined. But unlike hirsute men of history, like, say, Samson, Scott has mastered the art of grooming to a tee. There is never a stray or unkempt hair, nor—god forbid—any remnants of lunch. So, if having a moustache is a little unorthodox, a little bit rebellious, keeping such tight control of it must be a sign of your ability to manage effectively.

Here’s the secret. The moustache is a symbol of Scott’s business model. He works in a creative, often unorthodox business, and he’s comfortable with that. But he also knows that keeping things from getting messy takes vigilance, fortitude, and above all else, a significant measure of operational control. Let it grow, but keep a constant eye out for problem hairs, and nip them. The explanation for what has helped make a young, energetic account team grow into a seasoned, well-groomed machine is right under your nose. Or Scott’s nose, as the case may be.

Scott’s strength is in operations and strategic management. He has an MBA in  Information Systems and Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia to match his extensive background in team leadership, strategic planning, and client relations. His proven track record in building strong relationships and solid reputation in pharmaceutical advertising greatly benefit colleagues and clients alike. With more than 20 years’ experience in the field, Scott has served in top management roles at several large agencies, including DraftFCB Healthcare, Dorland Global Health Communications, and Toltzis Communications. No one in these agencies ever asked him to shave, although Dudnyk may be the first place where people have realized the correlation.

Scott’s brand experience encompasses a history of pharma and device marketing:

  • global brands such as Aralast, Cefzil, Mylotarg, and Rebiff
  • device brands for Cordis and Medtronic
  • corporate branding and initiatives for healthcare giants Centocor and Wyeth Healthcare Systems

 Scott’s education includes these degrees:

  • MBA, Business from Drexel University, College of Business and Administration
  • BBA, Business from Temple University, Fox School of Business and Management
